Father of a new born child is entitled to paternity leave of two days. The father of new born child is entitled to reduction in daily working hours for the purpose of child care without any decrease in regular pay. (Law 4075/2012; National General Collective Labor Agreement, Art. 6)

More about parental leave:

After the completion of maternity or paternity leave, the parents of the minor children can receive unpaid leave of four months till the child become 6 year old. The employer must grant parental leave on a "first come, first served" basis to eligible employees, and is not obliged to grant leave to more than 8% of their total workforce at the same time. There is no obligation for an employer to pay employees while on parental leave. The parental leave is non-transferable and is considered individual right. Since the parental leave is indiviudal right, the the total length of parental leave for both parents is 240 days. (Law 4075/2012 (Art. 49-55), which implemented Directive 2010/18/EU)
